My room had everything I needed - an electronic key card for easy access, a TV with lots of channels, and a desk to work at. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the center of things, and the view from my room was nice. the district nearby, Billstedt, was definitely worth exploring 😉.

The location was absolutely perfect - next to Billstedt indoor shopping centre, the suburb of billsdedt, and shops. Billstedt district was worth staying in. The room was bright and modern with an excellent breakfast to offer.

No negatives to report.

The guest room was modern and had a nice bathroom. the breakfast was excellent, with attention to little details like fresh cream and a hot coffee pot.

Location easily accessible from the train station with the U2, ideal for visiting events in the Kulturpalast, numerous restaurants nearby, as well as many shops due to the Billstedt Center.

Due to the busy traffic situation, it was not possible to have the window open at night, even on the 5th floor, due to the noise, it smelled a bit musty in the room/bath, selection of rolls at breakfast very one-sided (no wholemeal or only wheat rolls).

Nicely decorated, a decent size rooms complete with confortable bed and an excellant breakfast to offer, for instance. Private parking onsite provided...

The rooms here are always up-to-date and nicely decorated, plus they come with a comfy bed. 🛏️ the breakfast is amazing, complete with a steaming hot coffee pot and fresh cream. It has got everything you would need.

Good breakfast sausage, crispy rolls and filter coffee. What more could you want!

pleasant overall experience. clean, low cost hotel with friendly and efficient staff. bright & large room with a comfortable bed. easy to get around, near a metro station.

All of the staff was nice and pleasant. The room we had included an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. It was bright, and the bathroom was nice...

Cozy room with nice decorations and a super comfy bed. Slept like a baby thanks to that! the staff here were really friendly and helpful all the way through our visit. 😊.

I liked the fact that there was a roller shutter. The sister hotel - Panorama Inn Boarding House opposite - is just as good, or better and cheaper (3 stars). The staff there is nice, friendly and helpful. That's highly recommended.

The staff was intrusive and unfriendly when I was still in the room and they wanted to do service and I asked to come 10 minutes later. The ceiling was dirty and unsightly.

Public parking is poor. Looking for a parking space every night.
